The welfare of former students is of utmost importance to the Association of Former Students. Their participation in the annual fund has a significant impact on the education and experience of our students and provides the resources needed to support programs and activities both for the students themselves and their families. You should be proud to be an Aggie, and you can make a difference by donating now to Texas A & M University's annual Alumni Fund. When you check into any of these $79 hotels, you'll receive a complimentary welcome bag filled with tons of goodies. Although not all of the hotels listed below are full-service or mid-range hotels, they all have many of the above qualities. Full-service hotels are usually larger hotels with connecting rooms, which are ideal for couples and children. They also have meeting rooms that they can use as hospitality suites for family celebrations.
If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered, please contact us and we will be waiting for you at the meeting. For more information on Macalester's business rates, please call (712) 662-5555 and state the business rate in the comments below.
If you plan to share a room with a fellow student, please contact your fellow student to confirm that you are attending. You can request a single room, but if you do not specify the name of another person on the registration form, you will be accommodated in your own room. Please note: If the person you want the room for does not request it, your room will not be in the same room as your classmates. If you make a request and make a single call, the hotel will respond to your group rate with the desired City Star rating.
We do our best to accommodate all requests, but please remember that this is a shared room and not a hotel, so plan accordingly.
If you would like to receive rates from one of the hotel chains listed below, please fill in the form below for one-way group rates. If you prefer to stay in a hotel near you, call our accommodation hotline to check availability for the hotel in the area.
When you consider how much your family spends on breakfast, lunch and dinner over the course of a weekend family gathering, the cost savings can be enormous. There will probably be noise from other alumni and reunion attendees, but what can you expect? Your registration fee helps to cover the costs, including hotel rooms, meals, transportation, parking, food and beverages, hotel room fees, travel expenses and more.
If you live in a generational environment, you may have a space away from the action, which can offer a calmer experience. Some rooms will be on a first-come-first-come basis if you don't mind, and some will have private rooms for those who do.
Parking spaces recommended for Wednesday's Kyle Field Tour are located on the west side of the hotel, near the entrance to Cain Field, west of Interstate 35. If you are interested, you can check with reception to see if a seat is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Whether or not this type of hotel is suitable for your family celebration really depends on what you expect of the hotel. With such a wide range of hotels, choosing a hotel really depends on which hotels are willing to offer you a family celebration and which hotel chains are better suited to host them. The hotel you ultimately choose does not have everything you need, but it should have a good selection of hotels in the St. Paul area and a reasonable price.
